Description: Bob Hope plays a bumbling photographer turned Private Eye and finds himself involved with the mob and a beautiful brunette played by Dorothy Lamour. Life seems boring for Ronnie Jackson as he goes about his daily business as a photographer. He has aspirations of becoming a detective like the man in the office next door, so when he is mistaken for his exciting neighbour by Baroness Carlotta Montay he decides to take on her case. His task is to track down the missing husband of the Baroness and it is not long before he finds himself entangled in a web of crime and placed on death row.
